Guide for label users.
This guide helps you sign in, manage releases, and export data.
Sign in
- Go to the login screen and enter your email and password.
- Is your account inactive? Contact your administrator.
Forgot password
- Click Forgot password.
- You will receive an email with a reset link.
- Open the link and choose a new password.
Dashboard
- Search: use the search bar to filter releases.
- Select: use the checkboxes to choose specific releases.
- Export: choose
AllorSelectionand click Export. - Not exported: export only releases that have not been exported before.
Create a new release
Step 1 - Basics
- Title, artist, release date, and for-sale status are required.
- Use the calendar icon to pick a date.
- Genres: choose at least 1 genre.
- Artwork: JPG/JPEG only, max 2MB.
Step 2 - Format
- Only 1 format is allowed per release.
- Catalog number, barcode/UPC, and format type are required.
- Barcode must be 13 digits and unique.
Step 3 - Description
- Description is required.
Step 4 - Tracklist
- Tracklist is required.
- Use one line per track.
Step 5 - Summary
- Review all fields before saving.
- Choose
SaveorSave and open copyto start a new release with the same data.
Edit a release
- Open a release from the dashboard and change fields.
- In the summary you can see which fields changed.
- Saving returns you to the dashboard (unless you choose
Save and open copy).
Import via CSV
- Upload a CSV with column names on the first row.
- Map columns to fields in the next step.
- Required fields must be present.
Profile
- Update your name, contact person, email, and language.
- Set a new password (optional).
- Toggle whether you want emails for new or updated releases.
Common messages
- Barcode errors: barcode must be 13 digits and not already used.
- Account inactive: contact your administrator.
