Making music unpretentiously. This is how the new musical challenge of the band stadi-M started. For the musicians (Joss Mennen on vocals and bass, Bart van Geleuken on the keyboards, Thomas Veugen on guitar and Maikel van de Meer on the drums) a new stage is created, a musical journey, a search without restrictions and without clear frameworks. Long jam sessions result in new songs that are recorded in their own studio. stadi-M is a fact.
Every musician has a different musical past. This produces interesting and diverse material. Stadi-M's music is a blend of rock, dance and synth pop. Grooving beats, fat bass lines, electronic soundscapes and fresh guitar licks merge together and support charismatic vocals. The energy and passion for music is the great common denominator of the musicians. This only really becomes clear on stage. Interaction with the audience creates a lot of room for improvisation. A live performance is therefore surprising and is never the same.
